Friends of Tumacácori National Historical Park
is a 501(c)(3) organization supporting the historical, cultural and natural resources of Tumacácori National Park by providing funds for activities and programs which enhance public awareness of and appreciation for the park and its environment.

Our partnership with the park helps to protect the church and historic mission grounds, and to preserve the cultural history of the people who lived in the mission community.

Across the United States, many of our National Parks are aided by “Friends” groups that raise contributions from private sources. The funds are then used within the park for special needs as agreed upon by the National Park Service staff and the Friends.

National Parks, without the assistance of support groups such as Friends of Tumacácori, would not be able to accomplish many worthwhile projects.

Friends of Tumacácori National Historical Park is asking for your help and generosity.

We invite you to become a member and/or to attend our meetings held at 9 am in the Park Administration Building. Board meetings are the first Tuesday of the month October through May. Our annual membership meeting is held the first Tuesday of February.
